Tsunami Grade Crossing Logic

Modern operating rules require the bell to be sounded with the horn or whistle when approaching a grade crossing. 

When the horn (F2 or F9 for the grade-crossing signal in the Econami) is played, certain lighting effects can also be automatically activated, such as alternating flashing ditch lights. 

Implementation of this feature is called Grade-Crossing Logic for the lights (CV49-54). 

The Grade-Crossing Logic feature can also be applied to the bell sound effect in our new Econami line of decoders.

First, select your desired bell (a value of 0-21 in CV 122). 

Then, to enable Grade-Crossing Logic, add 128 to the value in CV 122. 

For example, select Bell 3 with medium-fast ring rate (a value of 10). 

To enable the bell to ring when the horn is blown, add 128 for a  total value of 138 in CV 122 (10 + 128 = 138).
